It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before confirming your attendance. Our retreats and tours are hosted on Native American ancient grounds, surrounded by a National Forest managed by the government and Forest Service. It is a special deal and investment to have permission and approval from all the parties and organizations. We are also fully insured.

All payments in full and Deposits are FINAL SALE. All tours and sessions must be paid per the original agreement regardless of showing up or not. adjusting the time ( asking to make the tour shorter) is not the reason to adjust the confirmed value exchange. No cancelation or exchange for any casual reason. Yet Olga is very elegant on shifts and when an emergency occurs, Olga is willing to work with you to accommodate the program. reschedule will be applied only with Olga`s judgment per each situation. Being late- please prepare a respectful contribution of $20 for every 20 minutes

Galactic Traveller is not responsible for your expenses incurred due to not showing up, the cost of preparation, loss of work, and any other costs associated with the preparation.

A RETREAT OR TOUR CAN BE CANCELED with a full refund ( minus % 30 service fee) IF MT. SHASTA IS ON EVACUATION ORDER AND ALL THE AIRPORTS, CAR RENTAL, AND HIGHWAYS IN CA CLOSED DOWN COMPLETELY.
